The interpreter service is a genuine standout โ multiple patients from Bangladesh, Vietnam, Arabic-speaking countries, and elsewhere name specific interpreters like Syeda, Paisorn, and Masahari who've made a real difference in understanding their diagnoses and treatment plans. For someone arriving sick without Thai language skills, having someone who explains things clearly and stays with you through appointments removes a lot of stress.
Ward 14D appears to be exceptionally well-run for inpatient care, with multiple reviews praising nurses like Chutima for their attention to detail, patient education, and genuine kindness during longer stays. Patients specifically mention feeling the staff actually knew their medical history and planned treatments thoughtfully rather than going through the motions.

"I would like to sincerely appreciate the Bangladeshi interpreter, Syeda, for her excellent support and kindness. Yesterday, I became sick at hospital IMS dept where I came for health checkup, I had vomiting and was unable to understand the nurse properly due to language barrier. Syeda helped me with great care, guided me patiently and made me feel comfortable and supported in this foreign country.<br>Today, she also assisted me during GI dept visit and explained everything clearly. Her support made the whole hospital process much easier and less stressful. This kind of interpreter service is truly valuable for Bangladeshi patients as it helps them to understand their treatment clearly and feel more comfortable during their hospital visit. I believe many BD patients will b benefited from the interpreter support specially if any one get unwell suddenly during the hospital OPD visit time."
