"I wanted to share a detailed review of our incredible journey with First Fertility (FFC). We started our IVF process in mid-2025 after experiencing five failed IVF transfers at another clinic, Inspire IVF. Moving to FFC and starting fresh was the best decision we could have made.<br>Our initial coordinator, Mr. Amit (who is no longer with FFC), was wonderful. His candid guidance and support, alongside Dr. Apple, were the main reasons we chose FFC.<br>Since then, our case has been managed by Ms. Kelly, who has been absolutely amazing. She has been incredibly supportive from the very beginning and was always available to answer our questions. I especially want to highlight a time when my wife fell ill and it became an emergency; Ms. Kelly went completely above and beyond by personally taking my wife to the hospital in Bangkok. I am deeply grateful for her kindness and support on a personal level.<br>Of course, this review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Dr. Apple. She is a wonderful, kind doctor who takes the time to explain every single detail thoroughly. We are so thankful for her expert guidance throughout this journey.<br>One major differentiator for FFC is their transparency. We were added to a WhatsApp group that included our coordinator and even the clinic owner. This gave us immense peace of mind, knowing management was directly overseeing our care. At Inspire IVF, we never had this privilege; communication was heavily gated through a coordinator. Comparing the two, FFC is in a completely different league.<br>Overall, our experience has been amazing across the board, from the staff to the doctors. Today, I am overjoyed to share that my wife is pregnant with the 1st embryo transfer! We have safely discontinued the IVF medication under FFC's guidance and have transitioned to a local OB-GYN for normal consultations.<br>We feel so incredibly lucky that we moved to FFC.
