Dr. Fern (Nutchaya Pakornsajjanun) and Dr. Jinnipa Rojsawatsuk are repeatedly praised for crown replacements and fillings β one expat had two crowns done for 46,000 THB ($1,400), a fraction of US pricing, with the dentist even offering to remake them if the lab shade didn't match perfectly. Multiple patients note the doctors explain each step in detail and work with a notably gentle touch, especially appreciated by patients with dental anxiety or sensitivity issues.

Dr. Jirapat Jaroonvechatam has handled wisdom tooth extractions for at least two patients across 2024β2025, with reviewers calling the process surprisingly smooth and efficient despite being nervous beforehand. Patients consistently mention the clinic provides upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and the location on Sukhumvit 15 is easy to reach by BTS or MRT, with parking available.
English communication is strong across the board β multiple expats from the UK, US, Australia, and Sweden note the staff and doctors explain treatment clearly in English before procedures start. The clinic uses modern equipment (described as up-to-date by Thai-speaking patients), maintains a visibly clean environment, and reception staff are noted for being attentive from check-in through discharge, even with nervous or young patients.
Worth knowing
Two separate incidents involved billing disputes over cleaning costs β one German-speaking patient was quoted 1,200β1,800 THB for a cleaning but charged 2,800 THB, with staff giving vague explanations about undisclosed 'additional services.' A Swedish patient felt a 24-minute cleaning was rushed and incomplete compared to the 2-hour splits they receive in Europe, and the clinic used a drill instead of ultrasound.
Dr. Kittipat Termteerapornpimol received a serious complaint from a patient with thin enamel who reported the doctor dismissed concerns about sensitivity, then ground away over two-thirds of the front tooth surface, causing pain and increased sensitivity the next day with no follow-up care or concern shown. This patient explicitly warns others and recommends going to TDH instead.
One couple had a notably poor experience at this specific Sukhumvit 15 branch compared to another Edelweiss location β they reported staff on phones at the desk ignoring incoming patients, no greeting at arrival, and poor work quality on a partial denture repair (the false tooth left with tiny holes and rough texture). They did not return for planned further treatment and would not recommend this branch.

Patient Voices
"I moved to Bangkok in 2025 and knew I eventually needed to find a good dentist since it had been more than four years since my last dental visit. After watching a recommendation from a popular YouTuber and reading so many excellent reviews, I decided to give Edelweiss Dental House a tryβand I'm very glad I did.

I first visited in June 2026 for a cleaning and checkup. From the moment I walked in, everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My dentist, Dr. Nutchaya Pakornsajjanun (Dr. Fern), was excellent. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The cleaning, examination, stain removal, and several X-rays cost just 3,500 THB (about $107 USD), which I thought was an incredible value.

Back in the U.S., I had been quoted around $2,500 to replace just one crown, so I kept putting it off. I also knew that a couple of my older crowns needed attention.

Dr. Fern replaced two of my crowns, and the entire experience was outstanding. She even noticed that the shade from the dental lab wasn't an exact match to what she had requested and offered to have them remade. Since they're in the back of my mouth, I told her it wasn't necessary, but I really appreciated that she cared enough to point it out. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about her commitment to her patients.

The total cost for both crowns was 46,000 THB (about $1,400 USD), which was still much less than I had been quoted in the United States for a single crown. The quality of the work, the professionalism of the staff, and the overall experience made it well worth it.

Could I have found a cheaper dental clinic in Bangkok? Probably. But when it comes to dental work, I'd rather have outstanding care than simply the lowest price. I'm extremely happy with the treatment I received at Edelweiss Dental House, and I highly recommend Dr. Fern and her team to anyone looking for excellent dental care in Bangkok."
"The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed with the consultation I had and would not hesitate to return or to recommend this clinic to others. The doctorβs explanation of my treatment options was clear and understandable. Thank you all!"
